New contract, 1st bill incorrect, credit not added yet!

Hi

Your billing dept. raised an incorrect bill (including a Netflix charge that is included in my bundle) for my new contract and I contacted you on the same day.

Over 1 hour later, your agent stated a credit would be added to my account in time for the CORRECT amount to be debited.

It still has not happened over two weeks later and now you are going to collect the wrong amount.

Been on the phone ages trying to get though, no joy!
