New broadband customer with Volt offer - No contract or welcome letter received

Good afternoon,

I have taken a new contract with Virgin for broadband with the Volt offer (I am an O2 customer). I received an email with an order reference three days ago, but nothing else. I had a delivery date of today for the self install, but nothing showed up.

No further communication means I have no email with an Account number to create an Virgin account and access tracking or support. I checked the spam folder, the usual suspects, but there is nothing there. Can anyone help?

A warm welcome and thanks for posting on our community forums. Sorry that you've not had any conformation of your order that you placed for the VOLT deal.
