I received an email from Virgin indicating I had made some changes to my package, this was news to me. Thanks for making those changes to your Virgin Media package. You won't need to sign a new contract. Tried to discover what the phone package includes as well as TV but found  this hard to discover and also to make contact with Virgin via email.  Any advice would be welcome

From what you have posted the packages that you were are no longer available from Virginmedia so what they have done is too place you on the nearest equivalent package.

What should I consider when comparing home phone deals?
