New (OLD) Road Installation

Hi.  Sorry if this has already been covered but I've recently moved to one of seven new (11 year old) build properties.

Obviously I have registered on the checker etc. however all I want to know is, how do we (all seven houses) get somebody to see whether it's ever possible to have our road (red line) installed as the main street (green line) has already been done sometime ago.

Thanks

Darren

Re: New (OLD) Road Installation

the forum staff can check this, but very doubtful since virginmedia stopped doing any infilling e.g. cabling side streets since can get too expensive

Re: New (OLD) Road Installation

A quick search on Google Street View shows that it is a private road, unadopted by the Local Authority, (Drop kerb across the entrance and Google Maps obscuring the name plate) So, VM will need a way-leave by the owner(s) before they can instal cabling.

Re: New (OLD) Road Installation

The owners being the housing association, I presume?

Also Google have been messaged multiple times to update the map they have only recently added it to the maps.google.

The post code is still wrong 🙂
