New Deal Text Message

Hello

Please can you help me out as the help desk can’t help me.

I received a text message with a great deal I want to take advantage off.

But when I call the help desk, they don’t see the deal I have on my text message.

The text message is from virgin media as I get updates for faults on the same number.

In the text message it states to call a number but the number does not ring out.

Please help.

I can attach a picture of the text message if needs be.
