New Customer

Hi,

Just set up all my new equipment today and was quite pleased with being a new customer and the simple self install instructions, however after checking online I see they have a new promotion with free wine or £100 bill credit. (Full House Sports Bundle)

After being a new customer for 1 day I feel like I have been mugged already. I know I have the 14 day cancellation option, any ideas or just take it on the chin?

promotions come and go. in shops prices go up and down.

someone at sometime will have just missed out on a new offer. i bought someone an xmas present in november. a week later it was half price, i wasn't happy as it was a couple of hundred quid. but that is the way it goes.

take it on the chin just like i did.

All new customers get a welcome offer when they join us and as jamesofmerton rightly said, these offers do change quite frequently, unfortunately, if this offer wasn't available when you joined us, we wouldn't be able to add this promotion to your account.
