New Contract Different To Agreement

Hi,

I recently agreed a change to my account - long term customer, looking to save money.

Was offered a new bundle with a discount, along with an account credit and a setup fee waiver which I accepted.

Have just received my new contract, but no mention of any of these and my bill is significantly higher than previously.

What's going on here? Don't want to sign anything until I've got the agreed discounts etc in writing.

Re: New Contract Different To Agreement

Looks like your deal is on rolling credit, which basically  means you get invoiced for the full package but only

pay what you negotiated, Keep all your details relating to this just in case it's a smoke and mirrors deal.

Re: New Contract Different To Agreement

They can only do rolling credit 3/6 months I think and have to reapply.

Re: New Contract Different To Agreement

Hi alex-d welcome to our community forums.

How long ago was this agreement set up for you? Any of our customer service agents would be able to take a look at this for you and confirm the details of the deal. Alternatively we can also do this for you here.

Let us know what you would like to do.

Thanks,

Tom_S
