New Bundles - service promise...

Virgin Media has introduced a new service promise for those who are signed-up to one of its broadband and TV bundles, and use Virgin Mobile for their smartphone. If there's any interruption to your broadband connection, Virgin Media will furnish you with unlimited 4G mobile data until your connection is restored.

I have Virgin Media and I have three SIMs with Virgin Mobile, how do I take advantage of this?

They way I've read it all, this only applies if you are on one of the new combined  bundles with the SIM included in the bundle?.

Sure, but given I have 3 SIMs before this happened, how do I combine my SIM with my Virgin Media account?  Or do I have to cancel current SIM and get a new one?

Re: New Bundles - service promise...

You would need to upgrade to one of the 'Oomph' bundles, which would either include a new SIM, or an upgrade of one of your existing SIMs to the included airtime plan that comes with your chosen 'Oomph' bundle.

OK, but how do I do that?

Via Customer Services.

It's done in the same way as any other bundle change, but by agents who can access both your cable and mobile account.

Will try that.  Somehow I think it will end up being very complicated given my recent experiences adding and removing sports channels.
