Hi, I signed up to virgin Media on Saturday and ordered tv, phone and internet. I got an email saying I would receive a confirmation email within 48 hours but none has been sent. My quickstart package is supposed to be coming today by being delivered to a collectPlus store but with no confirmation email this looks unlikely. Can someone please help?
