Never given secure password

I was never given a security password when setting up my tv/broadband account.
I am trying to cancel my tv and keep broadband, but with little luck,
I understand service is currently slow due to covid, but in private chat, the agent is taken 10-15 mins to reply to anything, and I'm going around in circles

Hi, have you solved this problem? I met the same question too, I don't remember that I have set a secure password. But when I tried to cancel the contract they required me to provide the secure password

Sorry to see you've been struggling with getting past data protection.

 

Can you please advise me if you're the account holder? If you are, this would allow us to go through secondary questioning on the account to gain access to the account
