I am being contacted by BPO claiming I owe a fair bit of money to virgin media .... I have never had an account or used any virgin media services, never been involved with them in any way what do I do ??

Also, check your credit history, contact Experian's victim of fraud support team, and notify your bank and credit card providers so they can put an additional watch flag on your accounts. If the crooks have your ID, there's a chance further fraud may be attempted.
