I have Netflix as part of my package. So far I've had nothing from anyone on how too activate it. What should have happened. Any help appreciated.

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting.
I am very sorry to hear you have been experiencing issues with your Netflix service, we will do all we can to help.
Activating the Netflix service can be done on your online account or we will send you an email with further instructions. Sometimes the email can drop in to Junk/Spam so it would be worth checking those folders.

Thanks for the quick reply, I've tried to activate my Netflix in My Virgin Media and it seems not to work. It comes back saying it couldn't be done, with a note below saying pending (it's been like this since I started).
Also ok be been checking regularly and there is no email in spam.
Could you resend it please.
