Hi can anyone help . We have got a new contract which includes Netflix but have still not got the activation. After 5 phone calls, with agents telling me something different each time as a reason the latest being that we don't get it until halfway through next month -- surely we should have been told this at the start? We are still no further forward. I am starting to regret the new contract to say the least

Hi @Ann559 thanks for your post although I'm sorry to hear of your concerns raised.
So by the activation I'm guessing you haven't received the email for this is that correct? If not, can you please check your My Virgin Media account online and see if there is a Netflix tab/option, along with a button that says "Activate" - please see if you can access this?

No I haven't had the email and there isn't a button on my nemesis account as I have told each agent I have spoken to every time

Virgin really shouldn't be issuing new contracts with Netflix included at the moment.
There has been a long running ( two months) issue with not being able to activate it , and at the moment they have no idea when they will have a fix for it.
Join the club waiting for that email with the link !

Sorry to see you experience the Netflix activation issue, it really has been affecting some of our customers and we are working on a fix for this. May I ask what the agent on the phone has advised you apart from checking 'MyVM' for an 'activation' button? Was anything assigned to a specialist team? Do let us know.

Hi,
The agents have advised that (in order of calls)
It showed my order open the email wouldn't come until it was chlosed.
There was a problem with the platform
The order is open I will close it now
You won't get it till June and should have been told this when you took it out
