I Have the oomph package and so should get Netflix as part of the package. Went to VM Media Billing - Has a click button (UPDATE) under Netflix - Clicked and the screen refreshes and brings you back to the same screen, Did this a few times.
No Netflix - What do i need to do to get Netflix working???

You need to wait for the activation link email.
This has been an issue for over 4 months , the delay in sending the correct link. Seems to be sent in a random order , and seem to be very few staff working on solving the problem.
You will see many many posts on the subject ...

Thanks for your post and for coming back to us in the community.
We're sorry to hear you're having an issue activating Netflix. Taking a look at things this end, it doesn't look as though you're on a Netflix inclusive bundle. You've mentioned in your post you're on an Oomph package but the Netflix inclusive bundles are our Biggest TV bundle or Ultimate Volt bundles.
If you would like to include Netflix in your package then you'd need to select one of the above bundles. You can do this by speaking to the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111.
