Hi
I have the Volt package with Netflix included.
I have been trying since end of October to get Netflix activated.
I have spoken to customer services several times, had several IT tickets raised even raised complaints and Netflix will still not activate
I have the Activate button on my virgin media it says you need to finish setting up your Netflix account.
Click on it says its redirecting to Netflix then comes back with something went wrong technical issues please try later
Is there anyway of getting this fixed as i appear to be going around in circles

I'm sorry to hear you've been having some issues with Netflix, if we've raised an IT ticket there's not much more we can do. However I've popped you over a private message to get a few more details from you and take a closer look (purple envelope, top right hand corner)
