Hi, I'm trying to activate Netflix as part of my Virgin package but whenever I try to through the website I get the following error message come up. Can anyone help or point me in the right direction please.

Also having this issue, and have posted for help. This happened before and it took a few hours of phone calls to get sorted…. Hoping there’s a quicker fix!

Welcome back to our community forums and sorry to hear you are having issues with your Netflix activation. We can understand the frustration caused and we want to best help. How long has this issue been ongoing? Did you also receive an email containing an activation link? Have you also tried accessing the my VM webpage on an alternative device?

Weirdly within hours of posting this I received the activation email and its now all sorted and working correctly.
