Need to cancel account but keep getting cut off

I need to terminate my service as I have sold my flat, but after 40mins on the phone I get cut off, is there a chat room to do this or email address?

There's not I'm afraid. 

You can either keep trying, and that team is open from 8am till 10pm from Monday to Sunday, or the alternative is to write into the following address.

i’ve been on for 35 mins earlier before he cut me off. Then 27 mins. Trying for a third time. Was just reducing package but not now

try this if you have not already

dial 150 or 0345 454 1111 and follow the prompts to - 'thinking of leaving us' - then "technical issues" - dont worry about that they do much more - open 8am -10pm 7 days a week - should take you to a UK call centre

if they do persuade you to reduce the package be aware that that or any change would start a new contract
