It seems the Post Office won't redeem Cost Of Living smart-key payments on anything other than a hard copy of the bill itself. [I don't have other bills to hand to use otherwise]
Can I request a change to paper billing [I realise there's a cost involved] for future months, and will need a hard copy of the current bill as well.
Cheers.

Hi @RelRelRel
Thank you for your post and welcome to our community.
You should be able to switch your preference to paper bills via your online My Virgin Media account.
If you have any issues doing so however, please pop back to us here and we can send you a private message and do this for you 🙂
Please pop back to us when you can.

How do I do that? I can't seem to find the option?

Hey @RelRelRel,
Please login to your online account then on the dashboard follow the below steps
Update settings > Account details > Communication preference, if you click the edit button, you will then be able to change back to paper billing
Please give this a try and let me know if it works or not.

Hi @Steven_L
I've just checked in MVM and that option isn't there.
All you can do is change how you receive communictions from VM, but not which type of communication.
There is also no method to change from e-billing to paper billing within any section of MVM.

At this point I'm *desperate* to get a paper bill.
According to newapollo, that option isn't available.
I no longer own a landline phone and cannot afford to run the gamut of holding waiting to speak to an operator.
Can someone action this for me, please?

Hello RelRelRel,
I can arrange for a paper bill to be sent out to you from here.
It can take around 2 weeks though, as we need to reprint it, the rely on the postal service to deliver.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.

Hello RelRelRel.
Thanks for those details.
I have requested for a paper copy of the last bill to be sent out.
It can take around 10 days
There is a charge of £2, however as this is needed for the Cost of Living Redemption, I have removed the charge.
Can you please lest mew know once you have received this.

Hi Gareth.
The bill arrived early last week and I got it the CoL heating credit sorted on Friday, thank you.
I'd like to DM you with another matter if I may?
