Name spelt wrong on account

Hi, The guy who has filled my full details for the bill, they have spelt my second name wrong. It is oklo one letter that needs to be changed. So it can be same as on my credit card. 

Can someone help me with this as this is very important.

Give them a call on 0345 454 1111 from any phone or 150 from a VM phone/ VM mobile,lines open from: 8am- 9pm Mon - Fri, 8am - 8pm Sat, 8am- 6pm Sun.

It's always faster to get an issue sorted as the forum team can take a while to get to your post.

No, I haven't speak to the team. I have message the guy who came over to our hiush. He said that it would be sorted in 2 weeks but now it's been over 2 weeks and nothing has been changed. Our installation date is tomorrow, I just want to make sure that it won't affect our billing since the last name is misspelled just by one Letter.
