i have come to the end of my NHS discount, i have tried to access through the partners website which i did to sign up but it does not recognise my email which is a bit strange. i was just wondering if i could get a similar deal for this year as i don't like the figure i have been given over the phone to carry on with virgin. thanks
Thanks for your post on the Community and welcome. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with signing up for the same discount. Is it a problem with the NHS intranet site that won't allow you to sign up?
You can give Customer Services a call on 150 or 0345 454 1111 to see what deals are on offer at the moment, but I would also suggest contacting the administrator of your work intranet site to get this issue fixed.
