Hello, Just VM Agents only, please.
I have had this issue in the past and was rectified by a VM Agent, I have signed up to a new account, and when I log into "My Virgin Media" it is still showing the old account number, can you rectify this please so I can keep up to date with my contract.
The old account ends in 04 - new account ends in 05

Hi @SteFawcett, thanks for your post here in the Community, although I'm sorry to hear of your concerns raised here.
Before we take this further, can you please try to go on My Virgin Media, and click on Register instead of Sign In, and try to register using your new account number?
