I have moved house and changed my package which meant disconnecting the old house/account and myVirginmedia now says I’m no longer a customer and won’t let me sign in! On top of that, my account and package details won’t come up on Virginmedia site for the new deal and address (but does for the old one and last bill). Can anyone advise how to get things under the new address etc? Thanks

Hi Jkrikler, thank you for your first post and a warm welcome to our community.

We are sorry to hear of the online account issue since you've moved houses.

We'd be eager to help with this, have you tried to log off the MyVM App and your account and log back on to see if this clears the issue?

You may also check if uninstalling and reinstalling the app, logging out of your MyVM account from the browser (here) and/or clearing your cache and cookies and logging on again does the trick for you.

Lastly, could you please confirm how long it's been since your install at the new house as it takes about24-48 hours for the online account to update in general, when such a change occurs?
