My virgin media

I have been trying to get into my virgin media account without success.  When I log in it shows my old account for my old address.  

if I try signing up with my email address which is tied to my existing account it doesn’t work.

 

if I try using a new email address it doesn’t allow me to sign up as my new account is tied to my primary email already.

not sure what to do, but I can’t use any of the virgin apps or view my bills etc.

I tried calling for help but no one has been able to sort this

 

please can someone help as currently I can’t view my bills
