I had my virgin contract voided as I have terrible service , now i went in my virgin media to see whats going on and it says I owe a month's bill even though I don't even have my router anymore as your team is picking it up. Also I'm sure I should of had credit which I didn't. I actually ant believe how incompetent virgin staff are, can someone look at this please
