I need to go into Manage accounts in My profile to reset password on my wifes blueyonder email address. But keep getting Ooops somethings broken. Can anyone help please.

Can I ask if you are accessing this via the My Virgin Media App or online here?
Have you been able to try on other devices and if online have you been able to try on multiple browsers?

I have tried online with windows computer, iPad and iPhone. I can log in and use other features but not my profile or manage accounts.
