Hi there,
I have signed up with the wrong email address. I have tried to contact the person I original spoke to about this with Virgin Media but I haven't heard from them despite a couple of messages being sent.
I can't verify my account and cannot access it at any point due to it being the wrong email address.
Could you kindly let me know how may I change it to the right email address, please?
