My Virgin Media account with old account number after move

Hi,  I've moved home and still keep being with VM in new home , and there is another package with different account no. and my old one is end, when I login , it reflect the old account and I cannot access the new account info and say it is disconnected "you're not with Virgin Media anymore. If there's any info you want to grab from your account, you have 90 days from your disconnection date."

Could anyone help me for that?

Thank you for your post ans welcome to our community.

 

When you move address, you will be given a new account number.

 

Please try to register for an online account again using the account number and area reference on your contract email.

 

If you are still unable to view the new account online, please let us know and we can manually transfer the online account for you.

Thanks for your message but I tried to register the new account and area no, but after login, it still the old account, would you please help me to fix which my email is [REMOVED]@gmail.com
