My Virgin Media Account - password not accepted

Hi,

I have just installed and activated Virgin Media broadband.  When creating a My Virgin Media account, I got the error "Sorry, there was a problem registering that password. Please choose a different one.".  I tried different combination, different browsers and different devices (including app) but still not work.  Can you please help?  Thanks!

In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. 

Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner. If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
