this has been going on for three weeks to my knowledge, this is not acceptable, people need to know facts and kept informed as we all use email for our daily lives,
i am now looking at the process of changing all my email connections to a more reliable service provider, it will take time but as there seems to be no end to this VM problem what other action can i take ?
please please keep people advised of all information and compensate for lack of service
Hi Twistedsister, as far as we're aware this wider issue has since been resolved. Have you ever accessed the online account before? If so, have you tried the usual password-reset option? (via 'I've forgotten my username/password)
Hi ya. It's Tuesday morning just after 11:30 am on 9th July, 2019. I'm not able to sign in to my account for some reason. I did notice that a new check for robots is now part of the sign in process. I've been a customer for at least 4 years and have always been able to sign in to my account. My area code is 04. Have you any information on the signing in to account issue?
