I've taken over my Virgin account from my later father. There are four e-mail addresses set up with this account and I wish to carry on using them. I've had a letter asking me to register for My VM but this requires an e-mail address. When I attempt to set up a new My VM account using one of the existing e-mail addresses, it says the account already exists. When I log on to My VM using that address, it takes me to my Father's account, with the old billing details.
Could you advise how to proceed. Thankyou.
