Hi,
I pay monthly £1.75 for Paper bill which has been added on as part of my bill.
I have rang Virgin to tell them that they do not have the 1st line of my Address on the bill and this has not been updated. I have not received my paper bill for months via post as the postman does not know where to post it. What do I need to do to correct this on my bill.
HELP Virgin Media.
