Moving to new build home

Hi

I am moving into a new build property in the next few weeks that is serviced by Virgin Media.  The builder has advised me to contact Virgin media to arrange to get my services up and running.  I contact your sales team who advised that it will take 3-4 months - they were no particularly helpful.  I have tried to contact the New homes/new build team without any success.

Can anyone help progress my query please?
