Moving - postcode not showing

I was looking to take my virgin media with me when I move. A property I'm negotiating for isn't showing up on the postcode checker but the neighbours in front and next door have vm. The postcode is only 2 years old so this could be the reason. Don't really want to move somewhere without knowing

Can you confirm if you have spoken with our Movers team regarding this?

Not yet as I need to confirm the broadband speed before proceeding as the standard open reach speed is 1-3mb! Could the postcode be checked?
