After going through the live chat and sorting out moving my broadband to my new home (19th May) the live chat agent stated if I would like to keep my package at £24 a month, which I stated yes. Once going through the process I received an email stating my new bill would be £31 a month.
which is ridiculous as I’ve already accepted my contract at £24 and I’m mid contract and have 9 months left. Nobody on the phone will help me.
it feels illegal to hit me with an increase like that, mid contract and in the middle of a cost of living crisis that I and everyone is dealing with…
Any help with this would be appreciated I don’t know what to do.
