I have just moved home 10 days ago and was told by virgin that an engineer would be round to set up at my new address on the 15th Oct. I have now just been told it will be the 9th Nov. Is it right that I am being billed a full month even though I have no broadband or TV for that month.

I am sorry to hear your install has been delayed. I appreciate that is not ideal at all!
I've not been able to locate your details on our system so could you confirm if our team able to advise why? Are external works required?
You wouldn't be billed until your services have been installed.
