Hi, I’m in a 12 month contract and it’s ends in November but I am moving home at the end of September are the able to move your broadband to the new home I’m going to be at or will I just have to wait till contract ends then get a new contract in the new place?? Any info is much appreciated

We do provide a Movers and Transfer service for customers who want to move to a new property and take their services with them.
It would be worthwhile to see if you new address is serviceable by Virgin Media by taking a look at our postcode checker, before giving us a call on 0345 454 1111 and then selecting Option 4 and then Option 3 (if you're moving home and want to keep your services) or Option 4 (if you're moving home and want to cancel the services)
