Moving home shambles

Moved 4 weeks ago today.Still no exterior connection to footpath.Confirmed appt for today but nobody showed up.Have several emails confirming contractor appts and VM engineer appts but no action.Have spent hours on phone from dept to dept and promises it will be sorted
