Hi , I just moved to my new house, and my account is now inactive , what can I do to restart o r get a new account

Did you speak to the home movers team and ask them to transfer your services?

A warm welcome and thanks for posting on our community forums. Sorry for any confusion caused when you moved house. As our valued member @newapollo has already asked, did you not speak to our mover's team before you moved address and let them know you were moving and would like to take your services with you? 

If you did not and just requested to cancel, you will need to contact our sales team on 0800 183 1234.
