I moved house and everything is now installed into my new property. But when accessing my account I can not access my new account number and area code on my original account and I need to see my bills etc. Can anyone help?

I'm so sorry to hear that you have struggled to find your new account details. Do you have an confirmation emails from us at all in regards to the new account?
Have you checked your junk/spam folder?

Hey there,
Yes I have all the information like my account number and area code but every time I sign into my account it comes up with my last account number. Ive tried to create the new account but I want to keep the same email as don't want to make a new email address just to access my Virgin media account.
I just want to add my new account to my email address?
