Hi, I've recently moved house and moved my Virgin media package with me, I've just logged in as I've had a bill with a higher amount, I can see that my discount are coming to an end (so should be the end of my contract), so logged in to VM to see that my contract has been extended without my knowledge, I didn't change any services whilst moving, how can I get this changed back?

Just to add to this, looks to be resolved now, after talking to someone they've confirmed the contract finishes on the 15th of this month and the online is incorrect
