Moved and upgraded now can't use Virgin media login
My issue is that I had virgin media & have now moved home in the process I also upgraded, now when I log into my virgin media account it says no package however when I go to register for virgin media account using my new account number and area code i am unable to as my username(email) is already in use?
Anyone else had the same issue and know how to sort it?

Having the same problem and see others have too. I phoned VM today and they tried unsuccessfully to fix problem. The technical team are looking into it and say they will contact me within 5 days. We are worried about our email account becoming invalid.
