Move and Transfer - email still linked to old account

Hi

I have re-joined Virgin however my e-mail address is still linked to my old account, is there a way of getting this corrected?

Trying to find the right person to speak to is horrendous🙈

Hi

My e-mail is linked to an old account number. I have spoke to someone on the phone who told me they can't change it,i need to change my e-mail address.

Is this the case. Phoning is hopeless,as i just basically get fobbed off. 

Any advice would be appreciated.

No, he said he was sending info to my address as something didnt match however its not arrived and im not sure what address he has sent mail to🤷🏻‍♀️
