Yet again virgin have messed my bill up, is there anyone on here that can look at my account and tell me how much virgin intends to take off me next month before I cancel my direct debit?

Sorry to hear about this, have you already spoken to our customer care team who specialise in billing queries / issues on 150 or 0345 454 1111? What has been advised?

Hi, yeah I spoke to customer services about my bit and they said it would be £24 (I was over changed by £40 last month when I was told I wouldn’t be so they said I would get that taken off this bill which should be £64) however the bill I have been sent state the my bill will be £64? Last month when this happen I was told that once the bill had been sent out that it couldn’t be amended and that virgin can’t refund my the £40 so it would come off the next bill which according the the bill I have been sent, it hasn’t
