Mobile account splitting

I currently pay for my daughters mobile on my account.  I want to split this off, so she has her own account, as she would like to pay this herself now.  How do I do this?

I am able to confirm that you can request a transfer of responsibility via our mobile care team.  

 

You can get hold of them on 789 from the handset or by calling  0345 600 0789, you will need both to be present during the call.
