Could someone give me the missing payments email so I can send my bank statement showing 2 payments that are not showing on your the system.

Thanks for posting on our community forum!
Were the payments made today and are they showing as a pending transaction in your account? As for missing payments, we have limited access to billing accounts on our forums and do not have an email for this issue in particular.
If you call our team on 150 / 0345 454 1111 they'll get this sorted for you.

Thanks. I got the email and sent off my statement. Can’t believe they don’t have them showing. I mean 1 is a direct debit and the other is a card payment. And not had any problems with these payment methods before.
