Hi,
A missed payment has appeared on my credit file for April of this year. As far as I can see I have know missed payments.
I unfortunately don’t live at the home where the contract applies to as I am separated.
The payments are made from a joint account which will close at the end of this year.
How do I raise a dispute with Virgin media to have this removed.
