I've had several calls from the outbound team - the last time I couldn't talk but they said they would call back ..... they haven't.
I've a week or so left on my contract and am switching to sky but I'm still within the cancellation period before it's installed.
Please could you pass my details on to the team.

If you've changed your mind and want to stay with us, speak to the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111 and they can cancel the disconnection for you.
