Missed DD

Missed my DD my first one on my new contract after upgrading it was £23 which I have now paid and my service has been suspended when will it be back on it is asking me to pay my whole £59 credit limit but I aren’t able to I have paid the £23 first bill though

Have you been able to check your bill via your online account here

 

Were there any extra charges on the bill? Have you paid the full amount that's due?

I have paid the full £23 that they took as my direct debit last week that I missed but my credit limit is at £59 I can’t pay all that right now and was hoping me paying the £23 would turn my services back on as that is all they tried to take last week
