Mismatch between agreed deal and contract received

My current contract is due to expire on 22/7/22. I was offered and accepted (via Whatsapp) a new price for M100 (M100 BROADBAND SOLUS BUNDLE) that included a £15 discount. However, the contract (or service change receipt) I received by email after the chat was over showed the price without the discount and said that changes were made on 25th July, rather than today 25th June. Any forum assistance would be much appreciated. I can't contact VM until Monday and it took me 3 days of waiting to get this far.
