Hi @shelllow thanks for posting and welcome to our community.
If you're indeed referring to the password you use, when wishing to speak to a Virgin Media agent, then the advice from the fantastic Ernie_C will help you achieve this. If it's to access your online account, you can do so, here. Just select the 'forgotten your password' option when you reach that option.
